After successful completion of the Academy Program, participants move to Phase 2 – 3 Months of On-Job Training, where they gain real-world industry exposure.

Certification is awarded upon successful completion of the entire 9-month program, including both Phase 1 and Phase 2.

Phase 2 is a 3-month structured industry immersion program where participants work in real business environments to gain practical leadership exposure.

Yes. Participants are placed in live industry settings where they work on real projects and observe actual business operations under professional supervision.

Absolutely. Participants engage in live business assignments, strategic projects, and operational activities to apply concepts learned in Phase 1.
