Currently serving as Pro-Chancellor of Langbustech University, USA, he has held key leadership roles including Director at premier management institutes in Pune. A Ph.D. in Human Resource Management, Dr. Charak is widely recognized for his transformational leadership style, driving academic excellence, innovation, and industry-integrated learning models. He has been instrumental in designing skill-based frameworks that enhance employability and bridge the gap between academia and industry. An accomplished researcher and mentor, he has guided multiple Ph.D. scholars, authored numerous publications, and contributed to academic governance at university levels. His leadership is rooted in ethics, collaboration, and empowerment, fostering growth among students and faculty alike. Dr. Charak’s unwavering commitment to education and societal impact continues to inspire future leaders.
Dr. Hemant Jadhav is a seasoned Startup & Incubation Consultant, Strategic HR and Organization Development expert with over 21 years of diverse industry experience. As the CEO & Founder of DSDII and Strategy Consultant at StartupSetu, he has been instrumental in guiding start-ups, MSMEs, and institutions in building scalable and sustainable business models. His expertise spans business blueprinting, digital transformation, incubation center setup, and skills development. Dr. Jadhav has worked closely with 500+ startups and is actively connected with a strong network of HR professionals, consultants, and industry experts. He has played a key role in implementing NEP2020, NAAC, and SQAAF frameworks across institutions. A passionate mentor and digital skills coach, he is committed to fostering entrepreneurial ecosystems for startups, SMEs, and farmers. Recognized with multiple national and international awards, Dr. Jadhav continues to drive impactful business and social transformation initiatives.
Dr. Fatema Tinwala is a seasoned Learning & Development Consultant and Academic–Corporate Leader with over 18 years of experience in talent development, leadership consulting, and international academic collaborations. She currently serves as Director – International Alliances at Langbustech University, USA, and plays a pivotal role in driving global partnerships, research initiatives, and cross-border learning programs. As Director at CEOAcademy Pvt. Ltd. and Globetech Professionals Pvt. Ltd., she leads executive education and corporate transformation initiatives, working closely with senior leaders and organizations. With expertise in behavioural excellence, business communication, and workforce readiness, Dr. Tinwala has successfully delivered high-impact programs for corporates, government bodies, and academic institutions, consistently creating measurable outcomes and leadership growth.
Rohit Ghosh is a seasoned business leader, entrepreneur, and CXO coach with over 20+ years of diverse experience across EdTech, SaaS, Financial Services, and Consulting. With a strong foundation in engineering and leadership education from institutions like Pune University, Thapar University, and INSEAD, he has consistently driven high-impact growth across global markets including the US, Europe, and Asia. Rohit has held key leadership roles such as CEO, Chief Growth Officer, and National Head – Skilling & Employer Engagement, delivering exceptional results including scaling revenues to hundreds of millions and achieving consistent high growth rates. As a coach and educator, he has mentored over 1.5 million students and delivered 20,000+ hours of training across premier institutions like IIMs and IITs.
