Phase 2 of the CEO Program is a 3-month structured On-Job Training experience designed to transform classroom knowledge into real-world executive capability. This phase bridges the gap between academic learning and practical leadership execution.

During the 3-month industry immersion, participants will:

Work on Live Business Projects

Engage in real organizational assignments across departments such as strategy, operations, marketing, finance, and innovation.

Shadow Senior Leaders

Observe and understand executive-level decision-making processes and leadership dynamics.

Participate in Strategic Discussions

Be part of internal meetings, planning sessions, and performance reviews to understand real-time business challenges.

Apply Phase 1 Learning

Implement frameworks and concepts learned during the Academy Program in practical business scenarios.
